Utility Rebate Programs offered by Wyoming Home Performance Alliance Partners

Low-Income Energy Assistance Program: You may qualify for assistance from the Wyoming Low-Income Energy Assistance Program. Administered by the Department of Family Services. The LIEAP office also processes applications for the Wyoming Weatherization Program that provides free home energy audits and energy efficiency improvements to low income residents.
