How do I pay for these improvements?
There are a variety of options available to assist you with making energy
efficiency improvements.

Tax credits may be available for your energy efficiency
improvements--see more at

professional before making decisions that will impact your income tax
liabilities.

Low-Income Energy Assistance Program:
If you make less than $1,863
a month for an individual, $2,508 for a household of two and $3,798 for a
family of four, you may qualify for assistance from the
Wyoming Low-Income
Energy Assistance Program. Administered by the Department of Family
Services, LIEAP helped about 11,000 applicants last year. The LIEAP office
also processes applications for the Wyoming Weatherization Program that
provides free home energy audits and energy efficiency improvements to low
income residents.
